Fleka d.o.o. is a design and development studio for digital products and a leader in this segment in the region. Fleka relied on traditional sales methods for acquiring new clients. However, their approach did not deliver the expected results, and they needed a strategic and personalized method to effectively reach their target audience. Realizing that change was necessary, Fleka turned to us for assistance in generating qualified leads and accelerating their sales process.

The Solution

Our team proposed a comprehensive outbound sales campaign that began with creating a detailed list of 2,440 decision-makers from companies closely matching Fleka’s Ideal Client Profile (ICP). Over the course of five months, we conducted targeted email campaigns, reaching out to these decision-makers on behalf of Fleka.
